What OTA payouts give back
The hours spent posting payouts by hand, and the card fee you stop paying if you switch your OTA payouts from virtual card to bank transfer.
Your OTAs pay out on a regular cycle. Every line on the statement has to be verified and posted one by one, about a minute each. That line count over a year is what sets your tier.
Time is counted at one minute per line on the monthly payout. Indicative until we run it on your own statements.
Questions about pricing
What does each module cost?
OTA payouts is a fixed monthly price per property, based on how many payout lines you reconcile in a year: €99, €249 or €349. Statistics Denmark is €46 a month per property. Vaklox is quoted per property, since the price depends on the number of doors and the hardware.
What counts as a payout line?
Each reservation line on an OTA payout statement that StayAutomate matches and posts. Your tier is set by the total number of lines over the calendar year.
What happens if our volume grows?
If you cross your tier's limit, the next tier applies from the month you cross it, never backdated. The count starts again every calendar year. Above 18,000 lines a year, we price it with you.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
There's no setup fee for OTA payouts and Statistics Denmark, and no fixed term: three months' notice is enough to stop. Vaklox is planned with you property by property, including the hardware.
How are we billed?
Monthly in advance, per property. Prices exclude VAT.
How accurate is the savings calculator?
It's an estimate based on the figures you enter, about one minute per payout line and the card fee you pay today. Your real saving depends on your volumes and your OTA agreements, and we can work it out on your own statements during the demo.
