What do we need to start?
A PMS whose subscription allows third-party apps to connect through its API. Book a demo and we check it with you.
How long does onboarding take?
Less than a week. A 30-minute video call, then we connect your property. Your team keeps working as usual in the meantime.
Where is our data, and what do you keep?
Everything is hosted in the European Union. We never access or store card numbers. Guest names on payout statements are ignored and never stored: matching runs on the booking reference.
Who in our team can do what?
Every user has a personal account with two-factor authentication. Your property decides who can only view and who can post, and every change is logged.
What happens if our PMS stops the connection?
The service stops, with no penalty for you. Nothing is written to your PMS without a working, authorised connection.
How do we cancel?
Paid monthly, with three months' notice. No setup fee for OTA payouts or Statistics Denmark.
