This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers. We use your details only to reply to you. Inside the StayAutomate app, we process property data only on behalf of the hostel or hotel. We never sell personal data.

3. Guest data in the app
For reservation and payment data coming from a property's PMS and OTA statements, the property is the controller and we are its processor. We keep reservation identifiers, stay dates, booking channel and amounts. Guest names are not stored. We never access card data. Guests should contact the property directly; if you write to us, we forward your request.
4. Who receives your data
Only our hosting and email providers, all in the European Union (list on our GDPR page). No transfer outside the EU/EEA.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its use. Email contact@hostelanalytics.fr with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
