Booking
The guest books directly or through any channel.
The reservation comes from your PMS and a personal code is created.

The day before
Once the guest meets your conditions, the code is sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
It comes with the room, times and directions, from your property's own sender name.

Arrival
The code opens the door.
The lock reports the first use in real time, and the guest is checked in in your PMS within seconds.

During the stay
Late check-out in one click, and the code is extended instantly.
Room moves and new dates update access, and the old door is revoked.

Departure
The code is removed from every lock automatically.
If a removal fails, the system retries until the code is gone.
The code follows the guest, not the room.
Because the code belongs to the guest, it can be sent a day ahead. Move a guest before or during the stay, and the same code follows them.
